This year’s Lansing Harbor Festival will include the 1st Annual Lighthouse 5K to benefit the Lansing Varsity and Modified Cross country teams. The flat fast course will be run in Myers Park, Salt Point and on Myers Road. The course is will be very spectator friendly. Running fans will be able see their favorite runner(s) for most of the first mile and last quarter mile. The racing kicks off at 8:45am with a 1 Mile fun run, followed by the 5K starting 9:30am. Runner will receive a participation ribbons. Awards will be given to top finishers in each age group. After the race the runners will enjoy a catered buffet provided by the Ithaca Holiday Inn.
Admission Is Free. Donations to
support the Festival and Lansing Community Council will be happily
accepted, but there will be no admission charge for any of the
entertainment.
Additional Parking is available in the Lansing Central School's parking
lots with free shuttle service from the Elementary School and The High
School.
